Leveraging deep expertise in people operations, Cossette led transformative strategies at USAA Bank, a $126 billion financial institution, developing a Data Strategy that became an operational blueprint across the company. Cossette's leadership extends to driving cultural transformations, notably doubling employee satisfaction rates in two months through innovative engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
